Through targeted youth empowerment initiatives, we support education, employability, lifelong learning, and civic engagement—especially in underserved and vulnerable communities of Sindh.

Core Youth Empowerment Programs
Youth Skill Development Center – Sujawal
A dedicated center providing practical and career-focused skills training for youth.
- Computer skills and IT-related training
- Digital literacy and office applications
- Career guidance and professional orientation
The center is fully functional in Sujawal City, offering youth a pathway toward employability and self-reliance.
Adult & Adolescent Literacy and Training Program (AALTP) – Chuhar Jamali
With the support of Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), We Care Foundation operates an AALTP Center to promote literacy and skills development among youth and adults.
- Basic literacy and numeracy
- Skills development for youth and adults
- Inclusive learning opportunities for out-of-school populations
Technical & Vocational Skills Training
Our technical education programs are designed to provide hands-on, practical training aligned with labor market demands.
- Computer programming and IT skills

Career Counseling & Guidance
